   Story heard locally about an old woman who used to "take" the butter off the cows. There is an old story told in my parish that there was once an old witch living in it who used to turn herself into a hare and go around the field and suck the milk from the cows. One night the neighbours watched and they saw the hare running round the cows and they coursed her with dogs and after
