- There was a tree in Trimblestown (a) called the grannys tree and it is said that the fairies used to live there.
There is a field in Oakstown and there were supposed to be fairies in it long ago. - There are Fairy Forts in the Tully field of Gannons and Fairies were supposed to live in them long ago. The forts are covered round with bushes.
