    Nearly all marriages of importance take place On Wednesday still, as they believe it is the best day of all.
    Money is given, as a fortune to the bride by her parents.
    Our grand parents remember marriages taking place in the bride's home. and then they went to the chapel to mass. They came to the bride's house and there a great breakfast, or lunch was held.
    After the wedding there was mass in the church the best man and other men folk of the party rode home on horse back to the house of reception and there was
