Some people spray the potatoes in the Summer-time to keep away the blight. They make a wash and put it into a steel bag which they strap on their backs, they sprinkle this "wash" all over the potatoes and it keeps away the blight.
There are many different kinds of potatoes, such as, Roses, Epicures, British queens, Moors, Shamrocks, and Aran Banners.
