  1. Shops were not very common in olden times and people used to go to the nearest town to make purchases.
    Buying and selling were carried on after mass in olden times, and it is carried on yet in the little shops, which the people call Hucksters.
    People who had no money to pay give labour instead.
    The words which were connected with selling were "Tick" and "Change" and were considered lucky to use by the old people.
    People when they are setting on business say that Friday is the best day for starting on.
    People have different names on the coins such as "Bob" for a shilling, "Wing for a
