  1. There was once a quickwitted man employed by a farmer. They were drawing in hay with slides to the hagart . When the rick got high he was sent to the field for two crippels to make a scaffold. When he went out to the field he told two men to get up on the slide that their master wanted them into the hagart. The master shouted at him "Wasent it out for the crippels I sent you he answered "there is all the crippels that was in it."
