    Here are some riddles I heard asked:-
    Q. Why is a baker a silly fellow?
    Ans. Because he gives away what he kneads.
    Q. Why does a clock not strike thirteen?
    Ans. Because it has not the face to do it.
    Q. What is the shiest thing in the world?
    Ans. The clock for it has always its hands on its face.
    Q. What is the difference between a tree and an aeroplane?
    Ans. One sheds its leaves and the other leaves its sheds.
    Q. What flies in the air like an aeroplane?
    Ans. Another aeroplane.
    Q. One day as I sat on my stool, I took out my waddling tool, I wagged it up and I wagged it down and I said many a black hole you have seen poor thing?What is it?
    Ans. A pen and ink.
    Q. Riddle me, riddle me, ratio, my father gave me a seed to sow, the ground was white and the seed was black, riddle me that until tomorrow-night? What is it?
    Ans.The news paper.
    Q. The man who bought it never used it, the man who used it never saw it?
