In the old church there is a man buried who was supposed to have been a great hero. His name was Jack The Buck. His figure, with a spear in his hand, is carved on a stone on one of the outer walls of the church and the name Jack The Buck (still legible) and other words inelegible are carved underneath the figure.
In the graveyard there is a big rock and it is said that there are sacred vessels buried under it.
