    in about two months they are second moulded.
    In the end of June they are sprayed for the first time. In three weeks time they are sprayed again and after another three weeks they are sprayed a third time. Then they are supposed to be secure from the blight.
    The spray is made in a barrel. it is made of bluestone washing soda and water.
    In July the potatoes are wet and they only dig what they want for each days dinner.
    In the end of September the whole crop is dug out and picked into buckets.
    The potatoes are put into pits and covered with hay to keep them safe for the winter.
