    The potatoes are sown in spring.
    Some are sown in ridges and some in drills.
    My father sows them in ridges.
    First the land is ploughed with an iron plough drawn by tow horses.
    When ridges are been made six or eight "scribes" are ploughed together leaving a furrow.
    This is done in the end of February.
    In the beginning of March the people start to sow.
