    also relieved by washing in warm water to which washing soda is added. A third way is to sit down and raise the feet higher than the head.
    A person suffering from corns or buinins can be relieved by taking off their boots and stockings and walking through a bog. Everybody should take a footbath once a week and then change their stockings.
    Children who go barefooted in summer should wash their feet every night before going to bed. People who have soft feet inclined to perspiration should rub the soles of the feet with methylated spirits. This gradually hardens them.
