Some years ago a great stone was unearthed in this grave yard with some ancient inscription on it which can not be associated with any of the present day languages. Similar markings are however to be found on the Continent and are believed to be dated back to the time when the Carthaganarians invaded Europe. It is now used as a crossing over a dry dyke leading into the grave yard. We do not know the exact day that is kept in honour of St Loman but it was on the seventh day after the first Spring morn.
