   Swing-Swong Many a happy hour I spent at "Swing-Swong". There were two ropes tied from a branch of a tree and a plank tied in the middle. Then the children would sit into the seat in their turns and others would swing them saying this rhyme. "Swing swing the day is long The cuckoo and the swallow The corncrake put out his beak and bade them all good-morrow."
