- GIRLS PLAY TOYS
young girls gather daisies or other small flowers. They extract the stems from the flowers and drive a needle through the top of the flowers and they keep on doing that until they make a necklace. They also make a necklace out of horse chestnuts.
A DANCING MASTER
Three pieces fo wood are first got about four inches long each. One piece is cut out in the form of a body the other two pieces serves as legs. They then get two other smaller bits which serves as arms. The legs and arms are tied loosely to the body and it is staken and the noise it make imitates a dancer.
BOYS PLAY TOYS
Tops- are made by children out of thread shoots. The threat first been removed, one end been made like the bottom of a top. A piece of wood is driven down the hole in the tops about a half an inch below the bottom. This sufficed for a spike.
Bullet guns- a piece of elder stick was first got about seven inches long. The pith was then removed. Two small bullets were made of tow. One piece is driven up half and(continues on next page)- Collector
