    went to America. One man Egan who was evicted and who lived at Gro Boreen, neighbours took his cow away in the night and sold her for him. He and his family started for America. It was Winter time and rough weather and the old sailing vessel was lost. He or his family never was heard of again. Others who had no money went to the poor-house and became paupers. It was told how a young girl on her way to Confession met Morrow, the story she told the priest made him so angry he said "that man will fly in the clouds of the night" so he did. There was a young fellow young round at that time of the name
