    The names of the roads in this district are the old road, the Garrycam road, the main road, and the Ballycloughan road. The Carrickboy road leads from Carrickboy to Edgeworthstown and also from Carrickboy to Ballymahon. The Garrycam road leads to Keel and from that to Longford. The Ballycloughan road leads to Ardagh. The Carrickedmond road leads to Ballymahon. The Keel road leads to Moydow and from that to Longford. The Ardagh road leads to Longford and it also leads to Edgeworthstown. There is a very old path
