    they fired shots and one shot went in on one of his bedroom windows, and wounded his arm, and then the man looked out and when they saw him they put the house on fire, and the man tried to get out, but they would not allow him, so he died in the midst of the flames. This happened on the 6th November, 1922. The place is now in ruins.
