    agreement. The animals are marked with raddle and sometimes clipped with a scissors when they are sold.
    Wild cattle are often led to the fair with a halter. When the persons sells the animal it is the custom to keep the halter. The two most important and largest fairs are in May and November.
    The pig-fairs are held the previous day to the cattle-fair. There are two or three special horse shows held throughout the year, and since the horses of Ireland are renowned, buyers come from all parts of the world to purchase them.
