    In the morning when the people of the house got up they found the man lying asleep beside the fire. In a few day's afterwards a neighbour came into the house and asked the woman of the house, "Do you feel the serpent now?" and the woman said "Indeed than we do." No sooner had she finished speaking when they heard a voice upstairs saying "Indeed than we do." The woman that came in ran out on hearing this. After a while they sent for the priest again and this time the priest settled him in a gullet beside the house and got a mason to build up the face of it, so they were troubled with him no longer.
