    noises and to evil things such has putting stones across the road.
    So the people could not bear this and they had to send for a priest to Mostrim.
    Well the settling of this ghost was an awful undertaking but finally the Priest tackled it, reading, and blessing, the Spot where the ghost used to appear and said "Down, Down, the 1st sentence 100 years" Well then spoke the ghost "When that 100 years is up" "I will make New Pass ring" Then "Down for ever" spoke the Priest and the Priest said again "Legg Woods remain until the Lord will do otherwise." The priest's hair turned grey when he banished the ghost and he died in a short time after.
