    I never heard of any of his forefathers being poets.
    Jem Pender lived in Crory he was born in the year of 1876.
    He made a good many songs also about Hurlings, Football matches and he also made one by the name of "Harvesting".
    Jem Pender used to put songs in the paper every week and used to be
