    Colds
    For colds you should boil barley and drink the water in which it is boiled.
    Cuts
    People put "Parafin Oil" or butter on cuts to cure them.
    Broken Legs with Chickens
    When a child breaks its leg they put splinters off a match well soaps straight over the broken leg and they tie it with woolen thread. They then leave it tied up for nine days and then it is set.
    The people of the district make ointment to cure cerain sores or diseases and thus earn their living. The cure is handed from father to son and has come down in certain families to the present day. When an old man or woman has a cure is dying people pay a great deal of money to them if they will sell them the secret of their cure.
