    Bird Lore
    There are a number of different birds in our country
    The cuckoo comes to our country on the twenty fifth of April and goes away in July. The cuckoo lays her eggs in in another birds nests, the cuckoo sucks the other birds eggs.
    The cuckoo comes to our country in the warm weather They goe away in the cold weather The swallows build their nests under the eves of houses.
    There are many different kinds of birds. The robin is the smallest of them all.
    The birds that come to our country in summer are the cuckoo and the swallows.
    The wren is the king of all the birds, long ago there was a dispute between all the birds as to see which of them should become king.
    The eagle flew higher than all the birds, but the wren had been on its back and
