    Local Cures
    In some places people are looked upon as being able to cure certain complaints.
    Warts.
    People sometimes cure warts by rubbing a raw on them.
    This must be done every day until the warts are gone.
    Another cure is to put paraffin oil on them and hold them near the fire until they get very hot. After a short time they will be cured.
    Worms
    Mrs Doyle of Ballyduff is a great person for curing worms.
    It is a blue flower and when she is pulling it she cannot speak.
    Chillblains,
    Put paraffin oil on them near the fire and as soon as you have it rubbed on hold them as near to the fire as
