- (continued from previous page)harrow. Then they are moulded with a moulding plough. They do this to stop the weeds from growing. Then they weed them with their hands. They take out the potatoes with a plough. The different kind of potatoes are put into different pits.
- A week or two after the potatoes are sowed. They people get a special harrow and harrows them down so that the little weeds will not grow up. They do this with a horse and harrow. Then they mould then with a moulding plough. When the weeds begin to grow the people hoe them with a hoe. When they are fit to take out they are then out with a spuddler. The name of the best potatoes are Scerry Champions.
