- There are not many old roads in this district. There is a road leading from Garbally to Bunakerin and it is called the Toher. It is called the Toher because it is running between two bogs. There are no roads that I know of in this district that are not in use. There is another road called the old road. It is called the old road because it was the leading road before this new road was made.
- There are not many old roads in this district. There is a very old road which leads from pallace gate to Balahaderry cross. It is called the Old Post Road.
