    Ringworm: (a) Put a gold ring round it three times.
    (b) Put a mixture of gunpowder and ink on a ringworm.
    (c) Boot-polish, sida and lard are mixed. Then put a cloth or rag on a stick, dip in the mixture and rub on the ringworm.
    Corns: Ivy leaves steeped in vinegar are put on corns, or a poultice of bread with lemon-juice and vinegar.
    Jaundice: Roast three small worms ion a pan. Put them in wine, and give to drink to the patient in a red or coloured glass, so that he will not see the worms.
