- It is said that there is such a thing as "the Black Pig. He is a spirit in the bottom of some of the oceans, but what ocean it is not known. He is very black and is covered with slime out of the sea.
There is but one black pig, and he has to travel through every country in the world two times. He can appear any place he likes and he can disappear any time he likes. In far off countries the people know very little about him.
He travelled through Eire once, and is to travel through it once more. There is a certain bridge in the County Cavan called Anamiska bridge about one mile to the East of the village of Ballinagh(continues on next page)- Collector
