Some - times people throw water on the wren boys, but usually they get money. They usually go about in fours and divide the money the money between them.

   Long ago on St. Brigid's Day people boiled a big pot of rice, and they got long straws to make St. Brigid's crosses. At night when all the family were gathered, one of the family would dress as St. Brigid. She
