  1. Saturday is said to be an unlucky day. There are days for applying cures especially Good Friday. People do not like to change from house on Saturday, or to begin ploughing or to begin house building. Easter Monday is looked upon as a lucky day for planting crops. The Cross Day of the year is not known in this district.
