About the beauties of the spring
But I will take my pen and write
Of one who is my heart's delight

Whose eyes out view the stars above
Whose face is full of tender love
Whose ruby lips and raven hair
Proclaim her Queen of Killinkere

To hear thy voice so low and sweet.
To climb again old stucco Hill
