    knelt down beside a large stone, lifted it and spat underneath it.
    He then made the sign of the cross on his forehead, arose and left the stone back in its former place.
    When a child took the measles the (pro) following cure was used:- a dish of meal was given to an ass. While he was eating it the diseased person walked under him three times. The dish was then taken from the ass, and a cake was made from the meal that was left, and given to the patient to eat.
