    Marbles:-
    At school the children used to make marbles out of daub, and they used to leave them up until they got hard.
    Tops:-
    They used to make tops with a spool, and put a piece of a stick down in the middle of it, with a sharp top on the stick.
    Snares:-
    The boys used to make snares fro catching rabbits. They made them with wire and sticks, with the wire twisted around the stick.
    Necklaces:-
    The girls used to make necklaces with daisies, and red berried off the holly-bushes, and they made them with a needle and thread.
