- In the townland of Seeorum there is a lake. It is on a hill. In 1600 it was supposed to have dissapeared. It returned in a few years afterwards. In the field beside it there was once a hunting lodge where the landlord, Lord Garveagh would spend a month in Summer. The house is not there now and most of trees are all gone.
