    The people long ago only got three meals a day namely, breakfast,dinner and supper.They used work about three hours before breakfast.They used to eat potatoes and milk for each meal.There was no bread or tea that time.The milk used be thick and was called "ropy milk".They never ate meat because they could not afford it.They also ate
