    daisies and making a hole in the stem of each daisy and putting another daisy into it until you would have a big long chain made. Daisy bracelets are made the same.
    Bird baskets were made of sticks. The sticks were put on top of each other and were tied with a cord. Then there was a gablóg and a bow got to hold it up. This was used for catching birds in Winter.
    Kites were made with two sticks in the shape of a cross, covered with cloth or paper. Then there was a very long cord tied out of it and it was let fly up in the air. It was great sport watching it to see where it would fall.
