    On Hallow-Eve night my mother got a tub and put it on the floor. She filled it half full of water. She put an apple in it and a person dived for it. Then she threw in sixpence and this was very hard to get as it went to the bottom of the tub.
    Two saucers are placed on a table. One is filled with water the other is filled with clay and a ring is put in the other. A person is blindfolded. and led up to the table where the saucers are, if she puts
