- There are many tailor in Ireland. In olden times, cloaths were made hand now they are made by machines. Clothing is made from sheep's wool mixed with cotton. The cloath is still spun in Donegal. The girls gather the flax and spin it into cloths. Tailors in other places make cloath out of the cloth that is made by michans.
