    Nettles are commonly used by people who have fowl or pigs. They are very good food when boiled.
    Potatoes
    Potatoes are grown all round the Kilcullen area. There re several sorts of potatoes namly, "Kerr's Pink", "British Queens," "Skerry Chieftains," and "Epicures."
    The potatoes are grown in two different ways. They will grow either way. The first way is just leave the ground flat and when the sprouts of the potatoes appear over ground drills are made
