He had but one evil eye in the middle of his forehead and whoever he looked at would fall dead.
He had ten sheep skins over his eye for fear he would kill the people with his evil eye.
When he was fighting at the Battle of Moytura he took off the sheep skins off his eye and Ludagh his grandson flung a stone into his eye and it went out through his head and killed fourteen men behind him.
There was another Giant called Ludagh Lamh Fada who won the great battleof Moytura.
He was of the tribe of the Tuatha De Dannans.
It is said when he wa fight at Tara he lost his hand.
The Ludagh came down to a man in Roinnastruffan called Miach.
The Ludagh came to the little hut of Miach and he caused Ludagh to lie down on a couch which he had prepared for him. He then kindled a fire of herbs, which filled(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
