Ar an leathanach seo

On arriving there, he told the story to his father, who was very much shocked.
"Now, my boy" he said "you unfortunately do not know what fear is. It is absolutely necessary for your well being that you should know and understand it thoroughly. I will therefore, send you out into the world until you learn all about."
Next morning John was awakened early, and given a hearty breakfast. The father then told him to go forth into the world and not to return to his home again until he knew and understood what was meant by Fear.
John trudged wearily along the road. It being late Autumn, night fell quickly and a heavy mist hung like a wet pall over everything. It was an hour after dark when John, footsore and weary came to cross road. He thought he heard the sound of human footsteps and sure enough he soon espied through the thick fog the figure of a man.
"Good night" said John as cheerfully as he could.
