   The agent borrowed money from somebody he knew had it and he promised him his neighbors farm. The neighbor's name was Paddy O'Sullivan who lived at the top of Derrynane. He had the grass of two cows and he had a nice little thatched house and he lived very happy with his wife and family, he was a very honest hard working man. Eugene served poor Paddy with a notice to quit that he wanted the house and farm for another man.
   Paddy brought the notice to the Parish Priest and he told Paddy to hold on to his home and not to leave it by any means. Eugene thought to put him out by high hand so he sent his workmen with pikes to pike off the thatch off the house and knock it down. Paddy had to seek shelter from a neighbor.
   Paddy was advised to set his case in the hands of the solicitor in Tralee. The solicitor was a very clever man his name was Broderick. He took up the case against the agent and took him from court to court untill the agent got broken and was driven from house and home. He afterwards went to the work house where he died of want and starvation and there is not any generation of Eugene O'Sullivan
