- A road was cut through the graveyard in the village dividing it in two. The left-hand side, when leaving the village by Mill St, belongs to the Protestants, while the right-hand side belongs to the Catholics. Neither is being used at present.
- In the Protestant graveyard in the village is a railed-off portion in which are buried the policemen who fell a the Battle of Carrickshock.
