- Marble playing is my favourite game. Make three small holes in a straight line about three feet apart and make a line about a yard or two from the first hole for home. Then fire for first. The nearest to the first hole will start first. If you drive the opponents marble three feet you can skip a hole. The rule to play marbles is to go up and down the holes three times. When you are coming down on the last round you must get game hole. When you have game hole you must hit the opponents' marble to win the game.
