- Once upon a time there was a carpenter who lived in a boarding house. On coming to the house he brought with him a costly set of carpenters tools. He was there for a good while and had not paid for his stay, so the landlady decided she had a claim on the tools. The bon was locked and she and her servant were not able to move it, it was so heavy.
