On St. Patrick's Day the people wear green badges and shamrock in honour of St. Patrick. On Shrove Tuesday a great many people get married, as it is not lucky to get married after that. The priest blesses the people with Blessed Ashes on Ash Wednesday and sprinkles it on their foreheads. The Stations of the Cross are made on Good Friday in the Parish Church by everyone.
