- In almost every part of Ireland some relics or articles are still remaining.Water is often seen in houses belonging to some well, which was taken by some man of the house who was cured, and who took the water in honour of being cured. On Palm Sunday the people bring home palm and they hang it on the wall or on some other place.On Christmas Eve the people bring holly and laurel home, and they hang it on the wall or on the pictures, in honour of the birth of Our Lord, who was born on that day hundreds of years ago.There is a well in my district and it is called St Pathrick for he used to(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
