  2. A leprecan once lived in Culpaírid a field in Pat Mc[?]'s land in Baruna, a townland on the south side of the Parish.
    His wife lived in Piggot's Lis in Bantean, [?] townland.
    Thy were often seen and followed. [?] Griffin followed the little man one night looking for a sixpence.
    Another man was harnessing his horse one night at midnight, when he saw a tiny woman standing under the car.
    He followed her to the les calling after her for her purse.
