  1. The names of the farm, and domestic animals are as follows:
    Horses, cows, cattle, sheep, pigs, sows, calves, goats, dogs and cats.

    some cows give their milk more freely when a persons sings or whistles when milking. It is also a custom to make the sign of the cross on the cows side when finished milking. Some customs connected with horses are, if a person talks nice to them they will do their
