Then some people make "wheaten" bread of home grown wheat, and this is ground in a mill, this was mixed with butter and baked in a pot oven, which is a flat pot with three short legs, and having a lid. The fire was put underneath this pot and also on the top of the lid. This kind of bread was considered very wholesome.
